With the Devialet Mania, the French manufacturer brings its acoustic expertise into a world where music is no longer confined to a single room or a fixed audio system. As Devialet's first portable high-fidelity speaker, Mania delivers a remarkably ambitious musical experience, combining performance, acoustic intelligence and freedom of movement in an instantly recognizable design.
What truly sets Mania apart from traditional portable speakers is its adaptive 360° cross-stereo architecture. With four full-range drivers and two woofers, it creates an enveloping soundstage that naturally follows you throughout the room. Music maintains its presence and balance without requiring a specific listening position.
At the heart of this experience is Devialet's exclusive ASC® (Active Stereo Calibration) technology. Using four integrated microphones, Mania analyzes its surroundings and automatically adjusts its sound reproduction according to its placement. Whether positioned in the centre of a room or near a wall, it adapts its acoustic performance to deliver a consistent and immersive listening experience.
SAM® (Speaker Active Matching) technology further enhances performance by precisely adapting the audio signal to the characteristics of the speaker drivers. With a frequency response extending from 30 Hz to 20 kHz and a maximum sound pressure level of 95 dB SPL, Mania delivers remarkably complete sound reproduction for its size. Bass reaches impressive depths, while vocals and instruments retain their clarity and definition.
One of Devialet Mania's greatest strengths is its ability to eliminate the usual limitations of an audio system. Its rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of playback, allowing you to enjoy music in the living room, on the patio or during a weekend getaway. Its integrated handle makes it easy to carry, while its IPX4 rating provides resistance to splashes, making it well suited for outdoor use.
Connectivity meets modern listening habits. Compatible with AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect and Bluetooth 5.0, Mania makes it easy to access your favourite playlists and albums. Its Wi-Fi connection also enables Amazon Alexa voice assistance, while the Devialet app simplifies setup, software updates and sound personalization.
Its aesthetics reflect Devialet's unmistakable design language. Rounded contours, distinctive side-mounted woofers and carefully crafted fabric covering create a balance between technology and elegance. Available in several finishes, Mania becomes as much a design statement as a musical companion.
For greater everyday convenience, Mania can also be paired with the Devialet Mania Station wireless charging dock. Simply place the speaker on its charging base to recharge it without repeatedly connecting a cable. It's a particularly practical solution for those who want to give Mania a permanent place at home while preserving the freedom to take it anywhere.
A true favourite at Audiophile Experts, Devialet Mania perfectly reflects our philosophy of offering products that let people experience music differently. It delivers a captivating musical experience without the constraints of a traditional audio system. It encourages spontaneous listening, the discovery of new spaces and the freedom to enjoy the emotional power of music wherever life takes you.
The freedom to take your music anywhere without compromising the pleasure of a genuine high-fidelity experience. Devialet Mania, sound without boundaries.
