In accordance with Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act (the “Act”), this section is intended to inform our customers about the availability guarantee for replacement parts, repair services, and the information required to maintain or repair the products sold by Audiophile Experts.

2. Limitation of Availability Guarantee

Audiophile Experts does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or the information required to maintain or repair any products offered for sale.

This information relates solely to the availability guarantee provided for under the Act. It does not affect:

  • the legal warranty, which ensures that a product can be used for its normal purpose (Section 37 of the Act) and for a reasonable period of time (Section 38 of the Act);

  • the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

3. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Each manufacturer may offer its own guarantee concerning the availability of parts and services.
Customers are invited to consult the manufacturer’s official documentation or website to learn about the applicable terms, coverage periods, and conditions.

4. Access to Information

On the product pages of our website, a link to the manufacturer’s official information is provided whenever available.
This link leads to the section of the manufacturer’s website detailing the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and technical information necessary for the maintenance of the product.
