Product Availability

All orders are processed in our warehouse located at 67, Boulevard Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier, Beloeil, Quebec, J3G 4G2, Canada. We do our best to keep a wide variety of items in stock.

Products marked special request are available to order in store. Products marked special order are available to order online or in store.

It's also possible to be notified by email for music items that are not in stock.

Free delivery

We offer free shipping for orders over $100. Please note that we do not ship outside of Canada.

In-store pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at Audiophile Experts. We'll let you know when your order is ready for pickup.

Payment

Payments will be processed as soon as you receive confirmation of your purchase by email and your credit card will be charged as soon as we confirm that the products are in stock. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Delivery delays

Orders for in-stock items will take up to three business days to process. Additional delays may occur due to shipping options and proximity to final location. Audiophile Experts accepts no responsibility for delays caused by product shortages or delivery interruptions.
