Exchange and return policies

Our primary goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Upon receipt of your package, we ask that you please examine it carefully before unsealing the manufacturer's packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us by post within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number.


If the item you purchased is defective and still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact us to obtain your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Processing times for your order will depend on the manufacturer's return policies. Products purchased from Audiophile Experts must be returned at your expense to the following address:

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse packages that do not have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. This number is valid for 14 days. Item (defective or not) must be returned in the same condition it was received. It must be in the original packaging and be accompanied by all its accessories and manuals. We do not accept items without their original packaging and/or those without all accessories and manuals.

Shipping and insurance costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, we will refund your original shipping costs if you received the wrong product by mistake or if we determine the item to be defective. We recommend that you take out delivery insurance with the carriers. Please keep your tracking number. Audiophile Experts is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. A damaged package will be refused. In this case, the responsibility for the refund lies with your delivery service.


Refunds for returned items will be applied to the original method of payment. You will be refunded within seven working days of receipt and verification of the package.
