Exchange policies and returns
Our main goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When receiving your package, we kindly ask that you carefully examine it before unsealing the manufacturer’s packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it by mail in the 30 calendar days following delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. We will send it to you within the next two working days.
If the item your purchased is defective and is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us at email@example.com in order to obtain your RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. The delays in processing your order will depend on the manufacturer’s return policies. Return Address Products purchased from Audiophile Experts should be returned at your expense to the following address:

IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse packages that do not have a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. The number is valid for 14 days. The item (defective or not) should be returned in the same condition as received. It should be in the original packaging and be accompanied by all its accessories and manuals. We do not accept items without their original packaging and/or those that do not include all accessories and manuals.
Products not covered by the warranty
The following products are ineligible for return and/or refund: in-ear headphones and accessories that require assembling and welding. As defined by the copyright law, such products as software, CDs, DVDs and music that is unsealed can only be exchanged for the same title.
Shipping costs and insurance
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. However, we will reimburse the original shipping costs in the case where you have received the incorrect product by mistake or if we determine that the item is defective. We recommend that you purchase delivery insurance available from shipping carriers. Please keep your tracking number. Audiophile Experts is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. A damaged parcel will be refused. In this case, refund liabilities lie with your delivery service.
Refunds for returned articles will be applied to the original payment method. You will be refunded in the seven working days after we receive and verify the package.
Your shipping and billing information will automatically be added to our internal database so we can provide you with timely and accurate services. This information will be kept confidential and used strictly for customer service purposes. When you order from Audiophile Experts, your email address is required so we can forward a copy of your bill to you along with a tracking number. Your email address is stored in our internal database in order for us to serve you better. If you subscribe to the Audiophile Experts mailing list, we will send newsletter to your email address from time to time. Our customers’ email addresses are not shared, leased or sold to third parties. As you browse www.audiophileexperts.com, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising partner, AdRoll, then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with www.audiophileexperts.com.
